Ganga Ram Hospital has started the OPD program.
Details:-
1. Pl book through the Ganga Ram Hosp website
2. You will be given appointment as earlier. Only difference is it will be a virtual opd to start.
3. It means that it will initially be on VIDEO . Most of you may not need to come to the opd for first visit.
3. If there is the actual need , or some procedure is required to be done, you will be required to visit the hospital ( no additional fee), later. This means only a few persons will need to visit the hospital.
4. This will avoid crowding in the hospital, thereby, avoiding the risk of getting CORONA infection.
5. Once govt permits, we will start hospital visit OPD. But this is going to be a great advantage as it is the safest way in the times if COVID19 infection

An experienced hematologist, Dr Brig. Ajay Sharma is a specialist of blood and blood related disorders including leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, lymphomas, multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, thalassaemias, bone marrow/ stem cell transplant, bleeding and clotting disorders, and sickle cell anemia, aplastic anaemia, complicated anemias amongst others.
Currently he is working as Prof& Head, Dept of Hematology & Centre for Stem Cell Transplantation & Research,Ganga Ram Institute for Post Graduate Medical Education & Research & Sir ganga Ram Hospital, New delhi
Dr Sharma completed his MBBS in 1980 from IGMC Shimla. Post he joined the DNB and MD Medicine programme at AFMC Pune.. He has been the recipient of many awards in the field of hematology and oncology like
